A re-imagined book cover design for ‘The Name Of The Wind’, the first book of the The Kingkiller Chronicles by Patrick Rothfuss. One of my favourite books of all time and a must read for any fantasy book lovers. The design features my hand-drawn typography as the focal point, with illustration elements based on the book flowing abound the outside.
“Words are pale shadows of forgotten names. As names have power, words have power. Words can light fires in the minds of men. Words can wring tears from the hardest hearts.”
― Patrick Rothfuss, The Name of the Wind
